With exception to discontinued or backordered products, your items will ship within two days of purchase. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 972-647-8300 for charges. Shipping and Handling costs are determined and displayed on check out.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. Orders placed in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax unless we are notified of exception status.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
Mail or ship your returned item to: Centerline Supply, Grand Prairie, TX 75051
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Most equipment cannot be returned if equipment has been used. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges are accepted for the same items purchased, in the event of a product defect. Defects must be noted on freight carriers BOL or be sent to Centerline, in writing, or by email, to email@example.com, no later than 3 days after receipt of goods.
